Job Description:

Sr. Key Account Specialist is responsible managing Key Accounts , developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. The KAS is also responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive direct sales strategy. Individual Contributer role.

Requirements:

  • An engineering graduate in Mechanical OR Industrial Production
  • min. 6 ~ 8 years of experience in Sales / Application
  • preferably in metal cutting products and working in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information
  • Able to assess customer needs competently
  • A computer literate with good presentation skills
  • Strong administrative/communication skills
  • Should be willing to travel extensively
  • Should be willing to work with cross functional teams to meet customer needs

Nice to have:

  • preferably metal cutting products and working in a technical manufacturing environment
  • lot of drive/energy to bring co-ordination and cohesiveness amongst all functions to implement the decided strategies and achieve sales plan
