Job Description

The Sr. Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong client partnerships to drive revenue and growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential new business
  • Prospecting new opportunities and generating leads
  • Support American Dining Creations refreshment needs if refreshment services cannot do so in that market
  • Develop and maintain sales relationships with all customers, respond to requests, and implement changes that enhance and impact on the customer
  • Presence for any national opportunities that may arise on a joint basis (ADC/AFV)
  • Create and drive change for the client
  • maintain product knowledge
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
  • Prospecting new opportunities and developing a pipeline
  • Strong commutation skills both verbal and written
  • Work independently to set appointments, work closely with corporate leaders
  • Maintain a valid state driver's license
