Job Description:

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The role involves coding, designing, and delivering solutions, as well as mentoring and collaborating with global teams to meet project objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement projects for the Prime Finance/Futures business
Liaise with global technologists to exchange information
Deliver high-quality work on time
Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Take ownership of resolving difficult issues
Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

8-12 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Hands-on coding of front-end web page, back-end service, DB Stored Procedure/Trigger development
Communication with global teams for requirements and technical details
Experience with Java 11/17, Spring Framework 5/6, Spring Boot 2/3, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Gemfire, Kafka, Tibco EMS, React, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.

Nice to have:

Experience working in Financial Institutions or Prime Services Area
