Job Description:

The Sr IT Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing ETL data pipelines. With a focus on Azure and SQL, the role involves building efficient ETL processes, troubleshooting data issues, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on ETL development trends.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL data pipelines
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective ETL solutions
optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability
troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, quality, and pipeline performance
document ETL processes, workflows, and configurations
contribute to the migration of existing ETL workflows onto future platforms
stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data integration technologies

Requirements:

Ability to communicate ideas with both business and technical audiences
strong leadership skills in business process improvement
bachelor's degree in computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience
strong communication skills (both written and oral)
strong project management skills
ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments
dedication to organizational improvement and excellence
experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products
extensive knowledge of PDI systems and supporting systems
extensive experience with EDI data and communications
extensive experience with core software applications
excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
excellent listening and interpersonal skills
highly self-motivated and directed
ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
strong customer service orientation

Nice to have:

Experience with version control systems
experience with CI/CD pipelines
