Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and cross-channel marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development, retail marketing, and consumer insights, ensuring our brand shows up consistently and effectively across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, cross-functional collaborator, and storyteller who is passionate about building impactful, consumer-first marketing programs that drive awareness and trial.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, influencer, experiential, and PR channels
  • Manage timelines, creative briefs, cross-functional alignment, and campaign execution
  • Assist in developing brand messaging, content needs, and storytelling frameworks
  • Support GTM planning and execution for new product launches
  • Translate product attributes into compelling consumer-facing messaging
  • Manage launch toolkits, sell-in materials, and activation plans
  • Lead visual identity strategy for brand and how the brand world is brought to life
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment across brand world
  • Monitor trends, competitive activity, and category news to inform strategy
  • Coordinate retail marketing programs and co-op initiatives with key partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and Category teams to support in-store activation and merchandising
  • Track retail campaign results, sell-through performance, and consumer engagement

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, creative strategy or product marketing (CPG or consumer goods preferred)
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns and product launches
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Creative problem-solver who brings ideas, solutions, and proactive thinking
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and retail activation
