Sr. Infrastructure Lead

• Lead the design and deployment of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on-prem systems
• Develop infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards
• Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory) and on-prem resources
• Manage Cloud engineering and DevOps practices
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell
• Drive cost optimization and resource utilization across environments
• Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to optimize deployments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers
• Use tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and on-prem monitoring solutions for proactive incident management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements across cloud and on-prem platforms

• Minimum 8+ years of Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security stack)
• Minimum 8+ years of Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
• Minimum 8+ years of Hands-on experience with on-prem Dell EMC hosts, VMware, unity storage and barcode FC switches
• Minimum 8+ years of Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines
• Minimum 8+ years of Hands-on Experience of networking (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, Vnet)
• Minimum 8+ years of Experience with disaster recovery and backup solutions
• Minimum 8+ years with hybrid cloud integrations and migration strategies
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
• Minimum 8+ years of Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus
