Requirements

  • 8 + yrs. experience in developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and supporting Informatica PowerCenter solutions preferably on DB2 database
  • Strong DB2 SQL skills
  • Experience with requirement analysis, design, development, testing and documentation including version control practices and technologies
  • Communicate with business users to collect and understand requirements, socialize ideas among peers, and document work products
  • Perform systems/data analysis to implement Informatica mappings and workflows, shell scripts and stored procedures
  • Design, develop and unit test Informatica ETL processes
  • Provide performance improvement related guidance to the Informatica team members
  • Strong skills in writing Stored Procedures, Packages, triggers, Views
  • Experience in analyzing SQL plan
  • Experience with batch scripting (on Windows)
  • Experience with Informatica workflow scheduling using tools
