Are you looking for a strong growth opportunity within Human Resources? We have partnered with a successful client on their search for a Sr. HR Manager with demonstrated history of process improvements and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Sr. HR Manager will oversee benefits administration, manage payroll administration, maintain and optimize HRIS/payroll systems, lead the coordination of annual benefit renewals, partner with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies, and administer and oversee the company’s 401(k) plan. This role will serve as a key resource for employees while driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and improving HR systems and processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of human resources experience
  • SHRM Certification is a PLUS
  • Experience managing or supporting 401(k) plans
  • Paychex experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • Prioritize top areas of improvement in HR related functions and drive initiatives to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure strong policy governance across campus
  • Manage the annual Performance Process including goal setting, progress reviews, performance evaluations and pay for performance merit cycle. Ensure consistent education and tools provided for all people leaders and employees in order to enable a thriving performance-based culture
