Job Description:

The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (HRIS) and UKG Pro WFM platforms. This role serves as a senior technical resource for HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system stability, security, and alignment with enterprise business requirements. This position focuses on system administration, integrations, configuration management, testing, release support, and process optimization across core HR technologies. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, technically strong, and capable of independently driving system improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business rules, workflows, data models, and system configuration
  • Serve as system administrator for UKG Pro WFM, including platform configuration, user setup, access management, maintenance, and technical support
  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM system components including pay codes, work rules, accrual profiles, Genies, Hyperfinds, navigation profiles, and organizational mappings
  • Manage user security roles, permissions, manager visibility, and access controls in accordance with governance standards
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between SuccessFactors, UKG Pro WFM, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, interfaces, data feeds, and replication processes to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues, configuration defects, interface failures, and data discrepancies
  • Support system upgrades, patches, feature releases, and regression testing activities across platforms
  • Develop, execute, and document test plans using Test Assure or similar tools to validate system changes and integrations
  • Create and maintain system documentation including configurations, procedures, support guides, and change records
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance reliability, controls, automation, and user experience
  • Manage multiple priorities independently while providing responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, functional partners, and leaders across all levels of the organization
  • Pro-actively creates and maintains SOPs for processes that they are the primary owner for, to reduce single points of failure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of progressive HRIS systems experience
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration and support
  • Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM system administration and configuration
  • Experience with integrations, data replication, interfaces, and enterprise system connectivity
  • Hands-on experience with security administration, role-based permissions, and data governance controls
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, and production releases

Nice to have:

  • Experience with testing tools such as Test Assure preferred
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
