The is a critical, “roll-up-your-sleeves” member of our People team, dedicated to supporting the growth and success of our business and our people. This role partners closely with multiple business functions including sales, serving as a strategic and hands-on advisor to leaders as they scale teams, capabilities, and culture. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented business partner with a broad background in talent development, culture, change leadership, business performance, succession planning, and talent review—someone who thinks like a businessperson and acts like an owner. At Personify Health, the HRBP is a trusted right-hand partner to the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role requires a highly energetic, growth-minded HR professional who enjoys engaging with people, brings a strong point of view, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and changing healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating business alignment
  • Align HR strategies with business goals through workforce planning, skill assessments, and organizational design—particularly within Engineering and other supported functions
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies, ensuring the right talent is hired at the right time
  • Leverage people data, engagement insights, and organizational health metrics to diagnose trends, influence leadership decisions, and measure the impact of HR strategies on business outcomes
  • Develop and monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, performance, engagement, capacity planning) to support operational and financial objectives
  • Strengthening leadership capabilities
  • Elevate leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, leadership development programs, and data-driven talent insights
  • Advise leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational health
  • Optimizing the employee experience

  • Steering talent management processes, programs, and systems
  • Advance talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and engagement strategies using continuous improvement methodologies
  • Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk
  • Driving and advocating for a positive and constructive organizational culture
  • Champion corporate values and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance
  • Support meaningful work and effectively lead teams through organizational and cultural change initiatives
  • Owning end-to-end HR partnership
  • Serve as the primary People partner for assigned client groups, owning the full employee lifecycle from organizational design and hiring through development, performance, and succession planning
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience serving as a consultative, strategic HR partner to Executive Leadership Teams within organizations of 2,000+ global employees
  • Strong capabilities in functional HR knowledge, communication, problem solving, resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and leading through change in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization with shifting priorities
  • Proactive leader with an agile mindset and a passion for transformation and continuous improvement
  • Extensive knowledge of HR strategies and programs, including leadership coaching, employee engagement, DEI&B, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, policies and compliance, talent development, and change management
