Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and manage full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates across multiple industries
  • Lead recruiting delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely hiring, candidate quality, and strong communication
  • Use data analytics to evaluate sourcing channels, hiring funnel metrics, and time-to-fill trends to improve recruiting performance
  • Serve as a primary HR point of contact for clients, responding to workforce needs, addressing requests, and ensuring service quality
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, and exit procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business models, headcount plans, and project requirements
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities, preparing proposals, and assisting with presentations
  • Oversee onboarding, employee relations, and performance management for client-assigned staff and internal employees
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and HR best practices
  • Support the administration of compensation programs, incentive plans, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California-specific requirements
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, recruiting pipeline, and workforce trends to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making for leadership, BD teams, and recruiting teams
  • Use analytics to forecast hiring demand, evaluate client-specific workforce trends, and support resource allocation planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience. In lieu of the above, we will also accept a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field plus 2 years of experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Must have at least one year experience in measuring sourcing performance
