Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced Sr. HR Representative to join our team, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of supporting the HR team in executing HR plans and programs, managing data, and communicating proactively with employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures. This opportunity provides a long term contract employment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement HR plans and programs, including salary step progressions and data analytics
  • Foster strong relationships and promote teamwork within the organization
  • Proactively communicate with employees and managers about HR policies, practices, and key HR programs
  • Independently resolve straightforward Employee Relations (ER) issues and assist in resolving moderately complex ER issues
  • Manage data effectively, including processing workflow changes in Workday, auditing data, and uploading and correcting data workflows
  • Maintain and utilize measurement systems to analyze the impact of HR programs
  • Based on data analysis, make strategic recommendations to management
