We are looking for an Experienced Graphic Designer with an artistic bent of mind.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategize, ideate and conceptualize design for web & digital layouts, online campaigns, banners, microsites, brochures etc
  • Responsible for creating story board or concepts for advertisement and branding of clientele
  • Imagine, build, and refine the experiences that define our platform across mobile, navigation and web applications
  • Designing Marketing Co-laterals such as Facebook posts (promotional & viral) & Blog posts, Posters, etc (Vector graphics)

Requirements:

  • Professionals with 3 to 8 years experience
  • Stronghold in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw, In Design, Sketch or other visual design & wire-framing tools
  • Ability to understand client vision and conceptualize design and creative concepts
  • Good knowledge of color theory, Fonts, Typography, User Flow, Reading patterns
  • Understanding of Grid Systems & Responsive Design
  • Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design
  • Solid user interface design experience with strong conceptual thinking
  • Generates creative ideas that are clear, persuasive and original
  • An eye for fine details of user experience, and understanding how users interact with consumer devices
  • Ability to design user interfaces for the web, mobile and other connected devices
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows & site maps
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time
  • Experience in slicing / dicing & converting PSD to HTML/CSS & PSD TO MAGENTO/WORDPRESS
  • Should be able to work directly with our UK team

Nice to have:

  • Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Animating Graphics
  • Creating short Promotional videos
  • Understanding of HTML5 frameworks / Template Engines Bootstrap
  • Good skills in JavaScript / jQuery & various frameworks
  • Knowledge of any CMS like WordPress, Magento etc
  • Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage
