The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled, execution-focused creative responsible for delivering polished, thoughtful design across multiple channels. This role bridges strong design craft with conceptual understanding, taking creative direction and elevating it through detail, consistency, and problem-solving. The Senior Graphic Designer works independently on projects, collaborates closely with Art Directors and copywriters, and helps uphold creative standards across the team.
Job Responsibility:
Execute design work across a range of mediums including digital, print, web, email, and social
Translate creative direction, briefs, and concepts into polished, on-brand design solutions
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, copywriters, and creative teammates to bring ideas to life
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and craft across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Prepare production-ready files and assets
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and critiques
Provide thoughtful feedback and support to other designers when appropriate
Contribute to maintaining and raising the overall design standard of the team
Adapt work based on feedback and evolving project needs
Stay current with design trends and tools to inform execution and problem-solving
Represent the creative team with professionalism and reliability
Requirements:
5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environment
Proven ability to execute high-quality design across digital, print, web, email, and social media
Strong production background with a clear understanding of how ideas translate into finished deliverables
Ability to take creative direction and elevate it through craft, precision, and consistency
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
After Effects a plus)
Strong working knowledge of Figma
Understanding of web and email design best practices, including awareness of HTML/CSS limitations
Up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and visual culture
A strong portfolio demonstrating refined design craft, typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
Ability to expand and execute visual concepts across multiple formats and channels
Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions internally
Comfort collaborating with copywriters, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organizational skills and file management practices
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team workflows
