Job Description:

Partnering with a global energy company to hire a Senior Analyst focused on global consolidation and IFRS reporting across ~20 subsidiaries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead monthly consolidation in Oracle FCCS
  • Support executive financial reporting
  • Analyze balance sheet / resolve consolidation issues
  • Manage intercompany + multi-currency transactions
  • Drive process improvements & automation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in financial reporting / consolidation
  • Oracle FCCS (or similar EPM) experience
  • Strong IFRS + multi-currency background
  • Advanced Excel + global mindset
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including significant exposure to month-end close activities
  • Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliation practices
  • Experience preparing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy
  • Background in consolidated financial reporting and intercompany elimination processes
  • Familiarity with foreign currency translation concepts within a corporate accounting environment
  • Proficiency with Oracle and Oracle SmartView for accounting, reporting, and data analysis
  • Oracle FCCS - Financial Consolidations Close
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
