Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr Financial Analyst/ FP&A Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee critical financial planning and analysis initiatives, ensuring accurate forecasting and modeling while leveraging SAP HANA systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting and financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP HANA Planning modules
  • Provide actionable insights by analyzing financial data and identifying trends and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related system enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Conduct periodic reviews of financial performance, presenting findings to senior leadership
  • Support the development of long-term financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Mentor and guide entry level team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
  • Strong expertise with SAP HANA and its Planning modules
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with financial compliance standards and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
