Job Responsibility:
Provides budget, forecast and variance analysis and related reports
Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends
Provides rationale behind reports and analysis
Creates and maintains statistical/financial databases and reports
Interacts as team member and sets the pace for the Financial Analysts team
Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
Experience with AI tools and techniques for data analysis and decision-making preferred
Familiarity with government reporting requirements and ensuring compliance
Understanding of network expansion strategies and competitive analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to leverage the full capabilities of the Office 365 Suite
Strong analytical skills
Ability to use SQL, Tableau, Oracle Hyperion, Visio, and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
Experience with AI tools and techniques for data analysis and decision-making preferred
Familiarity with government reporting requirements
