Job Description:

Finance owner of the P&L; responsible for sales and OPEX plans, monitoring execution and taking corrective action where needed. Leads, coaches and develops local finance team in order to perform required assignments in most efficient and compliant way. Ensures financial compliance for internal, external and statutory requirements and controls. Works with global functions from Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Accounting to ensure compliance and alignment with Corporate Finance goals. Ensures efficient finance processes and procedures are in place, as well as efficient internal controls. Ensures all statutory requirements are fulfilled in timely manner. Contact person for External & Internal Financial audits (statutory, tax, corporate internal audits). Leads F&A projects locally and can participate in above country projects. Active participation in Industry associations. Member of the Poland Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Experience of 8 or more years working in similar positions in an international environment
  • Experience in accounting, budgeting and planning
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
  • Excellent user of Office Programs as Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Nice to have:

  • Strong background across all areas of finance (FP&A, Controllership, accounting, tax, treasury)
  • Skilled in leading and influencing
  • Local entity finance management experience
  • Industry knowledge
  • Basic know-how of applicable laws concerning business admin, taxes (esp. VAT), accounting and consolidation
