Role Purpose: To anchor pricing governance (Price Circulars) and BMI actuals reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and control over revenue realization, margin delivery, and P&L reporting. The role is critical to enabling seamless market execution and providing reliable financial insights for business decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Business Finance / Pricing / Reporting roles
  • Strong understanding of: Pricing processes / master data / circulars, P&L constructs and marketing spend tracking (BMI / A&P)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP / reporting tools (TM1, Power BI, etc.) preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and control mindset
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume, time-critical operations
  • Strong ownership & accountability – ability to manage critical processes independently
  • Cross-functional collaboration – ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical rigor – ability to translate data into actionable insights
