Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Commercial Finance team within PLS, the B2B arm of Expedia Group. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will serve as a key finance business partner to the AMER (North America & Latin America) Commercial Partnership team. You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide key insights and help unlock a range of commercial opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Key finance stakeholder in contract preparation, review, and approval
  • actively participating in commercial negotiations
  • Analyze and assess current business performance, and identify levers to drive growth and profitability
  • Key finance business partner to the Sales Directors in preparing and executing strategies for the region
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support regional commercial projects and initiatives
  • Finance lead in the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts
  • Ensure the delivery of regional financial management information and high-level commentary for executive distribution
  • Support, develop, and implement improved processes and controls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related fields
  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Supported a sales organization and/or commercial finance experience
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to analyze data, solve business problems, and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to cultivate highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional listener and persuasive communicator
