Job Description

Job Purpose: The Sr. Financial Analyst will support LatAm Region by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for Actuals, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.

Job Responsibility

  • Co-ordinate and analyze the LatAm Actual/Plan/FC cycle
  • Develop and maintain reports for client PL's
  • Review LOB and FTEs for LatAm
  • Insure key deliverables are completed on a timely basis
  • Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with in country Finance Leads
  • Support ad hoc requests for LatAm

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections using an advanced level of Excel
  • Thorough understanding of business issues and concepts related to insurance or financial services industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • A team player that can work in a complex and fast-paced environment
