Job Description:

Can you build remarkable experiences for technical audiences that help deliver adoption and revenue? As a Sr Field Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for planning and executing programs designed to do just that. These programs may be events ranging from large developer events to intimate customer dinners, campaigns ranging from online events to digital ABM, and everything in between. This role will primarily focus on building startups and AI native sales pipeline. You will partner across the company to align the best options to deliver on strategic priorities, strengthen our market presence, and deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create. Identify and implement remarkable experiences and activations in our marketing programs
  • Build. Develop and execute a field marketing strategy to include: Trade shows, conferences and C+ Level customer and partner events
  • Regional developer and commercial events such as workshops and strategy briefings
  • Digital campaigns to support and accelerate sales pipeline including direct, ABM, and digital events channels
  • Execute. Plan, and deliver end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor/agency management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
  • Measure. Ensure a closed loop of processes to ensure maximum impact and insights of marketing programs, including performance analysis and ensuring engagement and follow-up.
  • Repeat. Build a repeatable playbook of activities to optimize user and customer journeys throughout adoption and buying processes

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B technical events marketing
  • Experience in managing a varied portfolio of marketing activities
  • Demonstrated “builder” mentality: self-motivation, excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills
  • Ability frequently travel for on-site event coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
