The EMEA Field & Partner Marketing Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Field & Partner Marketing with a focus on lead generation and market awareness to help build our sales pipeline. This person will take responsibility for the execution and success of our marketing programs (direct and through partner) in our Central Europe (DACH and Eastern Europe) region. This role Is a high impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the region to assist in generating net-new opportunities and drive opportunities from open to closed/won.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the prescriptive DACH territory marketing plan and strategy: Create brand awareness and actively contribute to pipeline and revenue
Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the region
Execute measurable integrated campaigns, ABM, demand generation programs, and events that drive results across the buyer’s journey
Own metrics for success in the DACH territory: Track, measure, follow-up of every program
Working with partner marketing and the partner account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline
Collaborate with the Sales, and ADRs to create programs that contribute to “meetings booked” success
Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.
Conduct Campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyers’ journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue
Develop and manage your regional budget
Requirements:
8+ years of B2B marketing experience
security and SaaS experience preferred
German and English language expertise
Proven track record of overseeing DACH Territory Marketing including developing plans and strategy - Eastern Europe a plus
In-depth background of executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner sales
Experienced at supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Excellent communicator and team player
Must have a strong background with tracking, analysis, and reporting effectiveness of marketing plans and initiatives supporting within region
Ability to work independently, within a fast and complex environment
