Job Description:

The Sr. Facilities Operations Manager serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for all aspects of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across a large industrial and corporate campus complex. This role oversees facilities operations supporting industrial environments, administrative headquarters functions, and multiple campus buildings. The position requires disciplined leadership to ensure all maintenance, custodial, and support services operate safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with Aramark and client standards across a complex industrial and corporate footprint.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide senior leadership for a large-scale Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operation, overseeing maintenance, custodial, utilities, and vendor-managed services across industrial and corporate facilities
  • Lead and develop frontline managers, skilled trades professionals, and vendor partners to deliver consistent, high-quality facilities operations and building maintenance services
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, scope of work (SOW) requirements, response times, and health, safety, and environmental performance standards
  • Champion a Safety First culture aligned with OSHA and industrial manufacturing standards, promoting a zero-incident work environment
  • Drive operational performance through effective workforce planning, labor scheduling, productivity management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance workflows, and asset reliability strategies to support uninterrupted plant and corporate operations
  • Build strong relationships with client plant leadership and corporate stakeholders
  • lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (CBRs) to report on performance, financial results, and service improvements
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate facilities supervisors, maintenance technicians, and support teams to ensure engagement, accountability, and succession planning
  • Utilize CMMS systems (EcoBPM or equivalent) to manage work orders, track asset performance, analyze maintenance metrics, and meet established SLAs
  • Manage capital equipment performance, lifecycle planning, and coordination of subcontracted specialty services
  • Ensure compliance with Aramark Facilities Management standards, OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and all federal, state, and local codes
  • Partner with finance and operations leaders to manage budgets, control costs, and support long-term facilities strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive facilities management leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, corporate campus, life sciences, or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading both hourly and salaried employees in multi-building or campus-style facilities operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including boilers, chillers, generators, HVAC/R systems, compressed air, and building automation systems
  • Proven experience managing preventive maintenance programs, asset reliability strategies, and operational budgeting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • equivalent experience considered
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments strongly preferred
  • Experience in GMP or highly regulated facilities environments highly valued
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data-driven maintenance reporting
  • Professional certifications such as CPMM, CFM, FMP, or equivalent are an advantage
