  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leadership in interpreting and acting on engagement data

  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development conversations
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical standards
