The Sr. Executive Recruiter - Tech role is responsible for attracting and recruiting the world’s most sought after executives at Uber on a global scale. This team supports our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in hiring our executives (Director+) roles across our Technology team. This recruiter will oversee tech executive hiring and will be a member of the Global Executive Technical Recruiting team and help to continue to scale and innovate the capabilities of our services.
Job Responsibility:
Understanding senior leadership on a global scale is key for an effective Executive Recruiter on this team
Successful candidates will have had significant experience recruiting and hiring business leaders for several business units in the areas of all Tech functions
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience in recruiting or leading highly functional teams with emphasis on Tech, scaling businesses and hiring leaders needed in high growth and continued build stage
Previous experience within executive search or senior individual contributor functions (Principal+)
Nice to have:
Prior experience in high-growth technology firm
Stellar stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex and shifting hiring needs
Calm under pressure and the ability to deal with ambiguity
Sharp eye for talent
