Job Responsibility

  • Manage and initiate continuous operation improvements to verify and improve operational effectiveness of ERP services
  • Administrate, configure and monitor ERP applications, ensuring system’s integrity
  • Act as second level support, processing incoming incidents, problems and requests through Service Desk ensuring alignment with business users
  • Perform health and quality checks to verify operational excellence
  • Collaborate with vendors and CRM delivery teams in the development and deployment of new functionalities
  • Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company processes and regulations

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset.
  • Strong experience with SAP applications with knowledge in SAP SD, MM or FI modules.
  • Significant understanding of the accounting, logistics and integrated functionality of SAP
  • Capable to understand the technical aspect of complex systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP Rise will be considered a plus
  • Good understanding of live monitoring tools (eg Splunk, Dynatrace)
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams
  • Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English, with both technical and business audiences
