Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, primarily focused on Finance & Operations (D365FO). You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to go-live and support, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead full-cycle D365 ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and Microsoft partners
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, scope creep, and delays
  • Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards
  • Support change management, training, and end-user adoption
  • Maintain project documentation including SOWs, RAID logs, and UAT plans
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years project management experience in ERP enterprise environment
  • 5+ years managing ERP enterprise implementations is required, experience with Microsoft D365 ERP is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage client escalations effectively
  • Experience must encompass the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality
  • Previous experience in writing statements of work, project estimation, and resource forecasting
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle client and employee escalations with empathy, diplomacy, and fairness
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred
  • Coaching and/or mentoring experience with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working with global project team and able to adapt to schedule to alternate time zones when needed
  • Experience leveraging technology to like Copilot, AI and ChatGPT to increase efficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
