The Sr. Engineering Specialist (Forming/Process Parts) is responsible for the coordination of communicating customer specifications to the production team and ensures the product meets customer needs. This position will focus on initiating and implementing technical improvements, preventing, and resolving technical problems, and assessing the capabilities of the processes.
Job Responsibility
Adhere and promote all plant safety policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree is required - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment is preferred
Utilize Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and AutoCAD
Utilize SAP for data entry and reporting
