Job Responsibility
Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, product development, and process improvements
Lead and support new product introductions, product transfers, and process changes
Maintain and execute validation and revalidation programs for processes and products
Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with plant manufacturing strategies
Analyze and resolve process-related issues using advanced engineering principles and statistical tools
Manage and prioritize technical resources to support manufacturing and validation needs
Act as change control owner and/or action owner for local and divisional projects
Lead or support small project teams to achieve project goals
Perform product and process transfers from divisional or international sites
Support internal and external audits (MDSAP, Corporate, FDA)
Serve as Technical Approver within assigned areas
Apply engineering and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, 5 Whys, DOE, SPC, Six Sigma tools)
Drive margin improvement initiatives through process analysis and optimization
Conduct statistical and analytical evaluations of product and process performance
Collaborate with global teams and operate with minimal supervision
Promote a zero-harm workplace and ensure compliance with EHS policies
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of validation processes and product lifecycle management
Experience with statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, MDSAP, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish and English) Oral and Writing
