Job Responsibility:

  • Technical System Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-user computing parameters and configurations, with proficiency in major client Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for optimal system management.
  • Technical Engineering Services: Support engineering projects through the application of sophisticated engineering practices

  • Innovation: Develops, designs and implements new insights which improve end-user computing systems/processes/services.

  • Strategic Technology Vision: Performs evaluations of new devices to ensure compatibility with existing environment and T-Mobile performance standards.
