Job Responsibility:
Responsible for managing process changes, process improvement projects, investigations, failure mode and effect analysis, annual report data gathering, instrument/equipment classification, and other quality/safety system requirements in the assigned processes
Coordinates the revision/approval of relevant MBR's, SOP's, PCD's as well of other manufacturing related documentation
Coordinates activities with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Safety and Quality departments to support the manufacturing process
Coordinates the design and implementation of process improvement projects for the assigned area and prepares relevant documentation changes, including the ones associated to validation
Provides training to production operators in the utilization of process equipment and the correct ways of performing the required tasks to assure process consistency and expected performance
Support the operations with area Manager/Supervisor to assure are carried out in a manner that assures product consistency, quality and adequate performance
Responsible for the documentation coordination related to quality/safety to supporting any investigation and/or troubleshooting in the assigned process areas
Adherence to plant safety, environmental and GMP regulations
Requirements:
Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills satisfactory
Endures identification & communication of project risks, development of risk plan
Relevant technical discipline with a broad background in product and process development or applied engineering and the utilization of analytical instrumentation in test methods and process engineering
