We are currently looking for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure products are provided to customers on time so that product quality, yield, operating costs and process efficiencies are met
  • Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc
  • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements
  • Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition
  • Identify/Execute/Implement process specific improvements within all production areas arising from both quality and performance issues
  • Areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, FMEA, EPC, Digitization and iCare
  • Support Maintenance Activities and upkeep of respective documentation
  • Maintain and update departmental Standard Local Operating Procedures
  • Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities
  • Reporting directly to the Maintenance Area Principal Engineer

Requirements

  • Experience in Manufacturing industry 3+ years is required for Senior Bachelors Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing)
  • Ability to interpret and analyze statistical data and information and financial reports, understand, and resolve technical difficulties, interface with internal engineering/technical experts and external technical representatives, manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting, and be resourceful to a large manufacturing department.
