Job Responsibility
Lead and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for healthcare platforms
Perform performance testing of device integration with platforms and application integration
Design and develop performance test scripts with complete ownership from requirement analysis to execution and reporting
Analyze system behavior across messaging systems (RabbitMQ, VerneMQ, LVA) and databases (MySQL, Postgress, Neo4j)
Validate performance of event‑driven and message‑based architectures
Identify performance bottlenecks across application, messaging, database, and infrastructure layers
Create and execute realistic workload models reflecting production usage patterns
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with development, architecture, DevOps, and platform teams
Produce detailed performance reports, trends, and recommendations
Ensure performance readiness for major releases and integrations
Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in performance testing
Requirements
8+ years of strong experience in performance testing, focusing on device and application integration with enterprise platforms and microservices
Proven hands‑on experience with LoadRunner
JMeter
Gatling
Grafana
Strong scripting experience, including Scala scripting for Gatling
Experience testing systems using RabbitMQ
VerneMQ
LVA
Strong understanding of database performance testing and analysis
Experience with end‑to‑end ownership of performance testing lifecycle
Ability to interpret performance metrics and system logs to identify issues
