Serves as a primary technical resource and subject-matter expert supporting the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environment. This role configures, maintains, and troubleshoots WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune, and/or Jamf, develops automation scripts, supports mobile and workstation endpoints, and collaborates with multiple organizations to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices.
Strong technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting capability
Strong business/systems analysis skills when working with users to capture requirements
ITSM platform system experience required (BMC or ServiceNow)
Must obtain an agency public trust suitability determination prior to start date
Must have excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Must maintain a high level of customer service for all support interactions
Must have the ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced technology environment
Nice to have
Experience supporting a complex Federal agency enterprise is a plus
Relevant certifications such as WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune/M365, Microsoft Endpoint Administration, and Jamf 200/300 are preferred, but not required
