Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in E3 engineering and Test & Evaluation for DoD systems
Secret level clearance
Demonstrated mastery of E3 principles and hands-on experience with MIL-STD-464D and MIL-STD-461G as applied to ground vehicle or amphibious systems
Proven ability to develop high-quality technical documentation for a DoD audience
Exceptional communication, analytical, and time management skills

Job Responsibility

Serve as the lead E3 subject matter expert for all PM AAA programs
Provide authoritative guidance on MIL-STD-464D and MIL-STD-461G compliance
Conduct in-depth analysis of E3 test reports and data to verify system performance and validate requirements
Lead all phases of the T&E lifecycle, from test planning and coordination to execution and final system evaluation at the component, subsystem, and vehicle levels
Develop and refine key T&E documentation, including the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and system evaluation reports
Author, review, and edit a wide range of classified and unclassified technical documents, briefings, and engineering proposals (ECPs)
Serve as the primary engineering liaison, interfacing daily with Government clients, PM AAA technical staff, and other stakeholders
