Job Description

Sr. Director, Technical Program Management (Remote-Eligible). Are you interested in leading programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms? As a TPM in EPTech, you will leverage your technical acumen and engineering experience to drive the strategy and execution of large-scale, technically complex, cross-functional programs aligned with Capital One’s business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
  • 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
  • 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture - preferably using AWS
  • 5+ years of building & leading experienced TPM team
  • 5+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery
