Job Description:

Sr. Director of Programmatic Services who will report directly to the GM of the Perpetua business. You will set and execute the strategic vision for our Programmatic DSP team, with ultimate accountability for driving business growth, operational excellence, and innovation in our programmatic media offerings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Perpetua ADSP team, with overall accountability for its commercial and operational performance
  • Manage programmatic media budgets, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversee, in close collaboration with Product, the development of Perpetua’s programmatic optimization and reporting platform across Amazon and other DSPs
  • Maintain a pulse on competing SaaS offerings for Amazon DSP campaign technology, as well as customer feedback
  • Set and enforce a high standard of quality and excellence within the Perpetua DSP team
  • Define and implement processes for continuous measurement and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients
  • Own the Amazon Ads relationship
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Constantly seek ways to improve team efficiency and campaign performance
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
  • Manage DSP team leads

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media
  • At least 5 years in programmatic advertising and retail media networks/platforms with growing responsibility and significant oversight of retail media services delivery
  • Industry-leading domain expertise in programmatic media, including DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and data privacy regulations
  • Amazon DSP experience is considered an asset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven track record prioritizing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Adept at quickly mastering new technologies and staying current with industry trends
  • Passionate about building strong, consultative relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding expectations
