Sr. Director, Program Engineering and Permitting

The Sr. Director of Program Engineering and Permitting oversees all large program engineering activities, providing leadership, best practices, and guidance to project engineers. They will lead and oversee domestic and offshore engineering and permitting functions within the organization to include US and Asia-Pacific (APAC), and the support teams that are responsible for designing, planning, and obtaining necessary permits for projects. This role will drive efficiency and compliance by developing and implementing engineering standards, managing regulatory requirements and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on budget, and in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. They will provide strategic guidance to optimize project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
