We're building a next-generation platform that will transform how senior living communities deliver care, manage operations, and drive better outcomes for residents. As a Sr. Director of Product Management for Senior Living, you will be a foundational leader in building PointClickCare's presence in this market. This is not a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love—and that drive meaningful business results for PointClickCare.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Product Management, with experience in healthcare, SaaS, or senior living technology
  • 3+ years leading product managers, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent
  • Experience building new products or entering new markets—not just optimizing existing ones
  • Strong customer instincts with a demonstrable track record of delivering products users love
  • Strategic and tactical range—able to set vision AND roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Excellent communication skills—able to influence executives, rally teams, and represent the company externally
  • Comfort with ambiguity—you create clarity, not wait for it

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care markets
  • Familiarity with senior living operations: census management, billing, move-in workflows, care coordination
  • Experience with AI/ML product development or incorporating data-driven insights into products
  • Background in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, state licensing, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices
