We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior leader of Product Innovation to lead the creation and development of innovative products across multiple categories. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-volume product launches and a proven ability to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spearhead product ideation and innovation processes across diverse categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage the development and execution of high-volume launches, from concept to production
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to source components and materials for product development
  • Develop strategic product briefs that guide creative development and align with market demands
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate founder-level product concepts and experimental ideas
  • Foster a collaborative environment to pitch innovative ideas and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Partner with production teams to ensure seamless product manufacturing and distribution
  • Maintain a forward-thinking approach to identify trends and opportunities for future product innovation
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the product development team, encouraging creativity and excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development and innovation
  • Demonstrated success in launching high volumes of products across multiple categories
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and experiment with innovative ideas
  • Expertise in creating detailed product briefs and sourcing development components
  • Proven track record of pitching and presenting ideas to stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring teams
  • Ability to work onsite in Van Nuys, California, Monday through Friday
