Job Description:

HPEFS is seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Strategy Leader to define and implement a long-term digital innovation roadmap. This leader will focus on creating an end-to-end automated experience for customers, partners and team members, and transforming the company’s digital capabilities and operational processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute HPEFS' digital strategy, including the optimization of the PRISMA platform and future digital investments to drive operational excellence
  • Innovation Roadmap: Develop and implement a global digitalization roadmap for HPEFS' operational processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Technology & Vendor Management: Partner with the CIO to evaluate and manage key technology vendors, ensuring high-quality solutions and seamless integration
  • Business Requirements: Lead the development of robust business requirements and rigorous business user testing to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
  • Data & API Strategy: Ensure the integrity and quality of HPEFS' data, APIs, and portals to optimize customer, partner, and user engagement
  • Performance Goals: Partner with the Service Transformation and Service Excellence leaders to drive significant annual cost efficiencies and create revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in defining and executing complex, global digital strategies, with a focus on customer-centric innovation
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work collaboratively with CIOs and business teams
  • Skilled in vendor management, including management of high-value strategic vendor relationships and multi-vendor ecosystems
  • Demonstrable experience in strategy development and digital implementation
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes and operational efficiency
