Job Responsibility:

  • Lead strategy for audience insights – Establish the audience insights strategy, including how we define audiences, and segment learners
  • Lead a team of high-performing audience insights leads – Establish the team’s priorities, vision, and success metrics to create clear, cohesive team goals
  • Optimize our learning product, AI Skills Navigator, for the audience experience – Own the audience-specific content strategy and develop key insights to acquire net-new learners
  • Increase learner engagement within the product – Take responsibility for understanding and improving learner engagement signals
  • Engage learners with short-form content – Identify the learner needs and moments best served by short-form content
  • Activate content across channels and product – Partner with marketing, social, lifecycle, and product teams to bring audience content to learners effectively across owned and paid channels as well as in-product surfaces

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 7+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years people management experience or equivalent experience
