Job Description:

This role serves as the technical lead for supporting, integrating and optimizing ServiceNow (SPM) and Adobe Workfront to enable end-to-end demand, portfolio, and work execution workflows. You will design, build, and maintain custom automation, integrations, and platform capabilities that connect strategy to delivery. Acting as the primary technical authority across both platforms, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and partner closely with IT and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and visibility.

  • Future-proof delivery workflows by building flexible, extensible integrations that can adapt as business needs and tools evolve
  • Own the ServiceNow–Workfront integration architecture
  • Act as technical decision-maker for cross-platform workflow design

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of combined experience with ServiceNow and Adobe Workfront platforms on developer expert level
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • ServiceNow Certified developer certification
  • ServiceNow SPM certification
  • Adobe Workfront group administrator certification
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion administrator certification
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert certification
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules for ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, templates, forms, integrations and report configuration
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations
  • Strong agile background
  • Solid understanding of business process design and workflow optimization
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive leaders

Nice to have:

  • Additional Service-Now module certifications and experience: ITOM, BCM, TPRM, PRM
  • CSDM 5.0
