Job Description

The Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for concepting and executing compelling visual solutions that bring brand strategies to life. This role requires a strong mix of conceptual thinking and hands-on design craft, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with audiences across multiple channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to develop and execute creative concepts
  • Design for a wide range of deliverables including digital ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, print collateral, and OOH
  • Translate brand guidelines into fresh, modern, and effective creative solutions
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with strong conceptual input
  • Prepare and present design ideas internally and to clients, articulating rationale and design decisions
  • Ensure all creative work is visually consistent, technically accurate, and meets project deadlines
  • Stay current on design, digital, and cultural trends to bring fresh thinking to the team
  • Partner with production artists and developers to ensure seamless execution of design intent

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of design experience, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design execution across print, digital, and social platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • motion design (After Effects) or Figma a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both creative and cross-functional teams
