  • Create innovative concepts utilizing renderings, drawings, and models to identify new physical packaging opportunities for the brand
  • Manage all departmental DTOs and packaging standards
  • oversee retouching and attend press/production runs to ensure flawless execution
  • Design across various consumer touchpoints, including specialized open-sell and specialty-multi environments
  • Partner with Comp Houses on presentation materials and lead status meetings with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Tech Development, and 360 Creative

Requirements

  • 5+ years of beauty industry experience
  • BA/BFA in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or Graphic Design
  • Conceptual thinker with strong sensibility for shape and 3D visualization
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Rhino, or other 3D modeling programs
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) within a Mac environment
  • Deep knowledge of industrial processes, finishes, and materials
