Lead / Senior Design Systems Designer (Figma, Templates, Creative Automation). The primary focus is not campaign design, but rather owning and evolving design systems and templates that enable high-volume, globally scaled production. The team is seeking someone who can own design system integrity and scalability, not just execute design tasks. Strong communication, organization, and professionalism are critical for success. Focus on performance marketing creative, including digital ads across display, web, social, and connected TV platforms (e.g., Roku, Amazon, Samsung). Templates must support multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistent brand standards. High attention to detail required due to integration with automation systems.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the migration of legacy Photoshop-based templates into Figma, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and template libraries used across digital advertising placements
Partner with design leadership to create standardized templates for new placements, specs, and channel partners
Ensure all design components are structured, named, and mapped correctly to support automation workflows
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enable seamless integration between Figma and Airtable
Maintain and continuously improve systems to support automation, localization, and high-volume production
Uphold strict brand consistency and pixel-perfect execution across all templates
Requirements:
Senior-level designer with deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop required)
Proven experience building and managing design systems, not just using them
Strong background in template creation, standardization, and scalability
Experience working with structured design systems that support automation or dynamic content workflows
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in component structure, naming conventions, and system logic
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and production teams
Strong understanding of brand consistency and governance at scale
Experience with Airtable or similar tools supporting automated workflows
Exposure to performance marketing or digital advertising environments
Background in media, entertainment, or streaming platforms
Familiarity with automation workflows connecting design systems to data inputs
