Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for administration and coordination of one or more wellbeing programs addressing the needs of staff, faculty and learners across the Medical Center
  • Create processes, policies, and communicates outcomes to stakeholders
  • Creates and supports goals of the program through discussion, gap analysis, planning, and executing
  • Responsible for the creation and communication of marketing and communication materials
  • Delivers programming where applicable and appropriate
  • Responsible for program budgeting
  • Identifies the strategic alignment of programs with organizational goals and determines the breakdown and initiation of projects to accomplish overall program objectives
  • Provides project management support for the Office of Wellbeing (OWB) problem solving framework services
  • Partners with OWB leadership team to obtain key resources or materials
  • May be responsible for training, onboarding, or supervising a small staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and adjust as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Lead asset audit/housekeeping, platform organization and user group restriction with support from Sr. Asset Specialist & Production Manager
  • Play a key role in any changes to our marketing libraries in terms of asset migration, configuration, and terms and conditions
  • Work with project leads to ensure assets are distributed with correct metadata to the DAM in a timely manner once post-production is complete
