Job Description

This role is pivotal in overseeing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will excel in forecasting, demand planning, data analysis, ensuring inventory optimization and customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute product forecasts by analyzing historical sales trends and market drivers
  • Lead supply chain meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to align on inventory needs and replenishment strategies
  • Monitor inventory levels and address critical supply issues, ensuring timely communication of root causes and resolutions
  • Manage product life cycle events, including launches and discontinuations, to maintain seamless supply chain operations
  • Facilitate demand planning processes, including monthly consensus reviews and weekly market coverage evaluations
  • Generate purchase requisitions and oversee purchase orders for assigned products
  • Maintain key metrics such as forecast accuracy, order fill rates, and on-time delivery performance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Prepare detailed presentations for stakeholders, providing insights into supply chain opportunities and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align on business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in SAP as well as Advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and purchase order processes
  • Familiarity with creating detailed and well-organized presentations using PowerPoint
