We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Product Insights to work with our Product teams and leverage data to identify user journey opportunities and measure the impact of our product features. You will be part of the Data Science & Insights team helping us make sense of our data, finding actionable insights and creating self-service opportunities by combining data from multiple sources and working closely together with your colleagues in other departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Own analytics for a broad product area
  • Turn data into insights and recommendations
  • Drive advanced product analytics at scale (including GenAI)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally in an online company
  • Highly proficient in SQL and experienced in Python, R, or another language
  • Deep statistical expertise including regression analysis, causal inference, time series modeling, and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments
  • Strong communicator and mentor

Nice to have

  • Experience in an online company
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and data transformation tools like dbt or Dataform
  • Experience mentoring other data scientists
